SOCCER ACADEMY PROGRAM - 2010


Hauppauge Soccer League is pleased to let you know we have retained the services of FVSA Soccer Academy to run our U8/U9 Soccer Academy.  Frank Vertullo, owner of FVSA, is the current men’s head soccer coach at Suffolk Community College and is eager to begin training our young stars.  We will be breaking the academy up into girls U8/U9 and boys U8/U9. Currently we play on having the boys on Mondays from 5:30 -7:00 and the girls on Wednesdays from 5:30-7:00.  The cost for the academy training session will be $150 for 10 sessions.  We are opening up the academy on a first come first served basis. We can only allow the first 25 responses from each age group

 

For example:

25 U8 boys (birth date 8/1/2001- 07/31/2002) U7 8/1/2002-12/31/2002 if space allows

25 U8 Girls (birth date 8/1/2001- 07/31/2002) U7 8/1/2002-12/31/2002 if space allows

25 U9 Boys (birth date 8/1/2000- 7/31/2001)

25 U9 Girls (birth date 8/1/2000- 7/31/2001)

 

(U7’s will be accommodated after U8’s if we have spaces available)

 

This may not correspond to your child’s current division for intramurals.

 

If we have any available space after Friday April 9 we will place additional responses in order that they were received or if FVSA feels they can accommodate additional players.

 

We plan on having the academy training take place on the current boys division 3 field located beyond the right field fence of the varsity baseball field.

 

Again-this will be on a first come first served basis so please email me immediately if you wish to have you child participate.

The first session will begin on Monday April 12th

Registration form and payment information will be in a follow up email once we determine who will be enrolled in the academy.

We are also looking for an individual who can help with the administration of the academy. Email correspondence etc.
